If you still have unsynchronized leads stored on the phone, do not delete or reinstall the app. Complete the synchronization first.
The Home screen is the main screen of the app. From here you can open the camera, scan students, see whether you have records waiting to synchronize and open Settings.
When leads are still stored locally and have not completed synchronization, the Home screen shows that you have records waiting to sync.
Open the synchronization flow to upload them. You can also use the History tab to check the exact status of each lead.
The History tab shows the students saved on your device and the current synchronization state of each lead. Use it whenever you need to check whether a lead is still on the phone, waiting for the server, fully synchronized or needs attention.
The status attached to each record tells you exactly where that lead is in the synchronization process.
This example shows leads whose student information has already been fetched and stored on the device, but which have not yet been uploaded to the server.
The student was scanned while the phone was offline, or the student code was entered manually while offline from the camera view. The code is stored on the phone, but the student's record has not yet been fetched from the server.
The student record has already been fetched from the server and is ready on the device, but it has not yet been uploaded back to the server.
The record has been uploaded from the phone and is now waiting for a response from the server.
The server response has been received and the submitted record is currently being processed.
The record was uploaded successfully and accepted by the server. This lead has completed the synchronization process.
The record was rejected and the manual entry could not be completed successfully. The lead needs manual review.
Your UniCode connects the app to the correct representative account. Once it is entered, use the Sync screen to upload all records stored on the phone.
Enter the UniCode assigned to your representative account. This identifies where your scanned leads should be connected.
After entering the UniCode, the Sync screen shows the records that can be uploaded from the phone.
This message appears while records are still waiting to be synchronized. Start or continue the synchronization so the app can send them to the server.
This confirms that the synchronization has completed successfully. You can then check History to confirm that the relevant records are marked SYNCED.
Add the UniCode connected to your representative account.
Upload the leads currently stored on the phone.
Use the lead statuses to confirm whether records are waiting, being processed or fully synced.
After synchronization, your leads are normally sent to your email. If they do not arrive, use the University Access Portal to view and download them.
If the venue has no internet connection, you can continue collecting student codes from the camera view. The records stay on the phone until the connection is restored and you synchronize them.
When there is no internet connection, stay in the camera view. You can continue scanning QR codes or enter the student's code manually.
These leads appear as ENTERED OFFLINE because the code is stored on the phone, but the student's record has not yet been fetched from the server.
After a successful sync, your leads are normally sent to your email. If you do not receive the email, you can still access the leads online and download them directly from the SRT University Access Portal.
Go to https://app.srtfairs.com/portal or open app.srtfairs.com.
After signing in with your representative account, the portal Home screen gives you access to the tools and lead information available to your account.
Open View Leads to review and download your leads. You can edit the visible columns and keep the fields your team needs, making the export easier to prepare for your CRM.
Open Settings from the top right corner of the Home screen. From there you can change the app appearance, open this guide, export logs for technical support, see the installed app version and access the Privacy Policy.
1. Home screen: tap the Settings button in the top right corner.
2. Settings: manage theme, support, logs, app version and Legal.
The correct action depends on where the problem is happening. Use the three cases below instead of repeating the same support information.
Start by checking the Home screen and History, then use the relevant path below.
Check that you have internet, confirm your UniCode, open Sync and try again. Use History to see whether the records move from NOT SYNCED to WAITING, SUBMITTED and finally SYNCED.
Go to Settings and use Export & Send Logs. Send the generated email to SRT so we can inspect the log and investigate the problem.
If History shows the records as SYNCED but you did not receive the lead email, sign in to app.srtfairs.com and download the leads from the University Access Portal.
