Eurasia Tour | 6–9 October 2025
Join us this fall for a focused school-based international university tour across Eurasia. This is your ideal chance to connect with motivated students and experienced counselors from leading international and private schools in the region.
In-person events
- One booth per fair with up to two participants per booth*
- Smart booth: QR codes for brochures and lead generation via the SRT Fairs Scan App
- Transfers between venues (schools, suggested hotels, airports)
- Meals and beverages during events

Payments
The Participant must adhere to the participant fee deadline or schedule provided by the Organizer. Failure to meet the payment deadline may result in the Participant being unable to attend the event.
The Organizer has the right to cancel the Participant’s place and all booked services if payment terms and schedules are not met or are delayed.
Cancellation Policy
