While monitoring the global situation continuously, we have planned the fairs in 2023 Spring to be attended in-person or hybrid.

Booking Deadline | 6 weeks before each tour/or upon reaching the maximum capacity of participating institutions

Additional charges apply for hybrid staff-assisted booths, accommodation and city-city transfers.
Flights, trains and accommodation can be booked separately.

What’s included

  • 1 booth per fair, up to 2 participants per booth
  • Fully digitalized booth with QR codes for brochures, business cards and lead generation to ensure minimum physical contact
  • For in-person attendance: If necessary SRT reserves the right for COVID-19 rapid tests before each fair
  • For hybrid attendance: tablet at your booth where your ambassador can connect you with students virtually
