Payment & Cancellation Policies

Deadlines: The Participant must strictly adhere to the payment deadline or schedule provided by the Organizer upon booking.
Late Payments: Failure to meet the payment deadline may result in the Participant being denied entry or access to the event.
Right to Cancel: The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Participant’s placement and all associated booked services if payment terms and schedules are delayed or unmet.

Process: The Participant may cancel their event participation by formally informing the Organizer in writing.
