E-Conference Sponsorship & Bundle Packages

  • Live Faculty-led academic Session: A 45-minute live academic session led directly by your faculty.
  • Pre-Registered Audience: Students pre-register for your session within one of six high-demand subject tracks.
  • Six Subject Tracks Available: Choose from Medicine & Health, Computing & IT, Business & Management, STEM & Engineering, Social Sciences, or Arts & Design.
  • Post-Event Attendee List: Receive the full list of registered students delivered to your team after the event.

Payment & Cancellation Policies

  • Deadlines: The Participant must strictly adhere to the payment deadline or schedule provided by the Organizer upon booking.
  • Late Payments: Failure to meet the payment deadline may result in the Participant being denied entry or access to the event.
  • Right to Cancel: The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Participant’s placement and all associated booked services if payment terms and schedules are delayed or unmet.
  • Process: The Participant may cancel their event participation by formally informing the Organizer in writing.
